On Tuesday we searched the playground for buried artifacts and thought about how archaeologist feel when the are looking for clues and what the artifacts we found are. We looked at some images of the land around Phnom Penh from 2010 - 2018 and observed the changes in the land and looked for evidence of change over time. On Friday our Teacher Assistances brought some Cambodian artifacts to share with the students and to learn more about the place we live. Ms Alison said we should eat a variety of food and one way to remember to do this is to eat different coloured food. Like green cucumbers, red tomatoes, orange carrots and brown meat. She also said that if we eat food at the cafeteria we should try a little bit of everything. Next, Ms Alison talked to us about exercise. She said we can exercise by running, swimming and doing PE. After that, we discussed how important drinking water is. Ms Alison wants us to drink water everyday, she recommended drinking a 1 litre bottle of water a day. She said that it is more important to drink water than to eat food. We then talked about being clean, making sure we have a shower everyday and wearing clean clothes. We also need to brush our teeth two times a day. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon. The last thing she spoke to us ab...
