How we Organize Ourselves - Week 4
UoI
This week we spent time inquiring into how people prepare and respond to changes in the earth. We watched videos to find information and completed activities where students needed to share their knowledge with each other.Last week the students worked with all Grade 2 students and created presentations to teach each other about Tsunamis, Earthquakes, Volcanoes and Erosion. Here are the finished presentations. The students in each group decided on their own presentation format.
Success Criteria
On Tuesday the students co-created their assessment and success criteria. The students are gaining a deeper understanding of what they need to be able to do at the end of the unit and what success will look like.Spotlight on the Arts
Friday morning Grade 2 had their Spotlight on the Arts. Thank you for coming to support your child.Parent information
