Unit 3: Writing Lyrics - Music

For this unit we wrote lyrics for a song.  The song was about one of the learner profile.  Parents came to help us at Spotlight with some ideas for our verses.  Here are my lyrics.

Friendship

Friends make the world go around

They pick you up when you are feeling down.

I want to be a very good friend

Standing by my friends to the very end

We need to help each other

And be kind that is what friends do

Helping me helping you

As my friend I will always give you a helping hand

Make you laugh when you fall in the sand

Cheer you up when you are feeling blue

That is what helping friends do
