- I have provided your child with relevant learning engagements below. This will be updated as necessary via the class blog and students e-mails
- I will communicate with you via our class blog and e-mail
- I will be on-line (Monday to Friday) from 11 am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm
- I will e-mail important information and current activities for your child to complete
- Mark you as “present” if you complete all assignments that day
- I will regularly check student work and give feedback as appropriate.

Mathematics
Please spend 40 minutes completing one or two of the following Mathematics activities.
- Access Mathletics and spend at least 30 minutes per day working through the number activities. If you do not have your Mathletics password please email your teacher.
- Mental Math - Practise skip counting (forwards and backwards by 2’s. 5’s and 10’s)

Share this as a google doc with your teacher.
- Create a board game to practice addition or subtraction. Look at this link for inspiration here. When completed take a photograph of your game and a brief description and email it to me. Find a friend or family member to play the game with
- Identify all of the 3D shapes you can find in your home. Write a brief reflection on what you found.
Reading
- Read for 30 minutes on Raz Kids and complete the comprehension quizzes. Remember your reading goal and try to make this a focus for your reading. If you do not have your Raz-kids password please email your teacher.
- In addition, read a book aloud to someone at home.
Writing
- Write a recount on your weekend (on paper or in a google doc)
