Challenges in food production and distribution
This week we spent some time looking at the challenges people have in food production and distribution. We started by looking at the UN World Food Programme's Hunger Map 2015 and completed an "I see, I think, I wonder".
After this we did a class reading on the some of the causes of hunger. Students reflected on this using a Feelings, Facts, Puzzles and Promises activity as well as writing a reflection on why some people don't have access to food.
